Local Desserts at Hougang 1
To beat the heat, we came up with desserts that would never melt in this tropical weather -- crafted (paper piñata) desserts that we Singaporeans love!
A yummy bowl of ice kachang (more atapchee please, thanks!), the humble potong ice cream, and the super shiok ice cream wafer.
With a printed template, and materials all prepared beforehand, participants moved from station to station as they proceeded from constructing the box, to filling it with confetti, to fringe-ing the surfaces.
Both craft sessions lasted for 2 hours and was limited to the first 60 participants.
